Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM Project Leader with Solution Architect experience to lead the decommissioning of Salesforce and implementation of new customer service system. As a key member of the IT team, you will coordinate with various stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and business owners, to ensure a smooth transition to the new systems. You will also need to have the knowledge and experience of a Solution Architect or System Architect to understand the overall needs for systems connections, IT architectural design, and ability to connect the dots and understand the needs for system or platform connections, API requirements, etc.

Your responsabilities will be:
• Define project scope and objectives
Skallkrav
Proven experience as a CRM Project Leader or similar role.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Genysis Cloud platform is a plus.
Experience and competence within Mobile Engagement Software, Campaign Optimization Software, Democratizing Data insights and Data Modelling and how to integrate/navigate these in a complex IT environment.
Support in designing the foundation of training modules and support to users of the new NCS platform.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
