Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Volvo Technology, Entertainment and Connected Services, EACS are looking for a Senior Android Developer for one of our scrum teams.
The mission & context:
Your role in the scrum team is to contribute to the team’s eff ort to deliver world class applications and services within the team’s responsibility.
The scrum team is one of 7 teams within the EACS agile release train developing the complete solution.
You will work with Android app development within the following areas: Entertainment, Vehicle applications and/or Fleet management.
As a developer in a scrum team at EACS you will be part of the process from breaking down features to coding and testing the Android applications and services within the responsibility of the team. The applications are developed on the Android Automotive OS in an embedded environment

We are looking for an experienced software developer that can be part of developing the scrum team’s knowledge, efficiency and culture even further. You will fit well if you are a social, trustful and committed person who can contribute to the way of building the applications within the team’s responsibility. You also have a true can-do attitude to contribute to the team’s eff orts in delivering high quality code in an effi cient manner.
Skallkrav
Bachelor or master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, Electronics or equivalent
At least 10 years of experience from Software Development
Good understanding of commonly used Androiddesign patterns
Knowledge in working with production quality software and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory as well as Android Testing Frameworks such as Espresso and UI Automator.
