Assignment description
We are looking for a System Administrator to Alleima Group IT Finance Reporting System. 
You have a degree within Finance or IT and some previous experience in IT or Finance administration.
Your focus will be
Book Close Preparation
  • Preparing the monthly and quarterly book close period
  • Forecast Preparation
  • Monthly Maintenance
Support end user on incident troubleshooting
  • Coordinate and lead-through the incident till resolution is in place
Request Handling
  • Master Data update for all defined finance reporting systems
  • User access request handling for the main finance reporting system
User Instruction documentation
  • Instruction on how to use the system/making report
  • Renewing the instruction materials
Other demands
  • Be available during quarterly book close for major incident handling and provide end user support in the defined business critical time to help global users to catch reporting due.
  • Full working time during monthly and quarterly book close

Language, fluent in Swedish and also English to support global users

Previous experience:
– Financial system support/admin background (please describe in comments)

– IT Admin/Coordinator with On-Premium solution experience. (please describe in comments)

– Citrix environment, BPC system, ITSM Tool Service now/Service portal (please describe in comments)
