Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

• You will be leading the renovation project of the HV Service offices and training center in Ludvika, coordinating with different stakeholders and reporting the project progress on a weekly basis.
• Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization.
• You will be involved in monitoring and controlling the project financials, following up the expenditure according to the project budget and reporting to the management team any deviation if occurs.
• You will contact different suppliers and ensure to receive the best available offer for any different aspect of the renovation project, for both materials and services.
• Procuring all required services, materials, and equipment from external and internal suppliers, including support in negotiations, claims and project changes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as the key contact for the supplier base and an escalation point for project issues.

• Technical background would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of suppliers base for renovation projects is a must.
• Previous experience in real state project management is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English language.
