Description:
Develop, plan and implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy focused on optimizing costs, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers and supplied products for an assigned category or group of categories. Ensure execution in accordance with Company, SCM and Supply Base Management instructions and procedures. Leveraging the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) process, implements effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy ensuring that the supply base/suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements. Ensures all relevant parties understand strategies and execute processes accordingly.

We are looking for a team player who is driven, structured and has a result-oriented mindset. You like to negotiate and has a commercial mindset. In this role you will be located in Landskrona and manage Swedish and global suppliers.
You will be part of a key function in driving and coordinating strategic sourcing activities together with our suppliers and internal interfaces such as engineering, sales, production and operational purchasing. You will work collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find more cost-efficient and reliable solutions and setups. You will be part of a team of 10 more people and report to Procurement Manager.
Your Responsibilities
– Develop the supply base with focus on quality, delivery and total cost.
– Run regular supplier evaluations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and initiate improvement projects when required.
– Identify and qualify new suppliers in cooperation with quality and engineering.
– Coordinate, collaborate and support the business in SCM related topics.
– Define and establish local standard agreements with major suppliers, and periodically renew pricelists, standard purchase terms and conditions in line with Business directives and guidelines.

- Professional experience in a supply chain function.
- Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Well versed in MS tools – Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.
- As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, proficiency in both English and Swedish is required.
- Technical interest and knowledge of SAP/S4 Hana is a plus.
- Education: Master of Science or Engineering background preferred.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
