Systemkonstruktör
Hitachi Energy Cooling Systems säljer, utvecklar och tillverkar renvattenkylsystem för kylning av elektriskt ledande komponenter. Allt sker i Landskrona.
Vi söker en konsult till vår systemkonstruktörsgrupp, som idag är 9 personer. Uppdraget kommer att bestå av dimensionering av system utifrån kundspec och intern teknisk beskrivning. Beräkningar för bland annat tryckfall, systemvolym, expansionsvolym samt dimensionering av expansionstank görs. I uppgifterna ingår också framtagning av flödesschema som uppfyller kundkrav och säkerställer en robust funktion samt val av komponenter och att göra tekniska specifikationer för de större komponenterna som kylare, pump och motor. Efter intern och extern granskning ska komponenterna bommas in i SAP.
Antingen ansvarar man själv för systemkonstruktionen i ett projekt eller så sker arbetet tillsammans med någon av kollegorna. Vi värderar förmågan att kunna samarbeta med de andra konstruktörerna i projekten, likväl som med andra interna och externa kontakter. Då en stor del av kunderna finns utanför Sverige använder vi dagligen både svenska och engelska.
Konstruktören bör ha minst 5 års erfarenhet av rör- eller systemkonstruktion där dimensionering och funktionsfrågor varit en betydande del. Det kan vara från industrikylning, vattenrening, avloppsrening, biogas, fartyg, olja o gas eller kärnkraft.
Personen ska kunna leda sig själv för att leverera på utsatt tid, vara noggrann och nyfiken samt gärna ha en praktisk förståelse för tillverkning och installation.
System Designer
Hitachi Energy Cooling Systems sells, develops, and manufactures clean water cooling systems for cooling electrically conductive components. Everything takes place in Landskrona.
We are looking for a consultant for our system design team, which currently consists of nine people. The assignment will consist of dimensioning systems based on customer specifications and internal technical descriptions. Calculations will be made for pressure drops, system volume, expansion volume, and expansion tank dimensioning, among other things. The tasks also include developing flow diagrams that meet customer requirements and ensure robust functionality, selecting components, and creating technical specifications for larger components such as coolers, pumps, and motors. After internal and external review, the components will be entered into SAP.
You will either be responsible for the system design in a project yourself or work together with one of your colleagues. We value the ability to collaborate with other designers in projects, as well as with other internal and external contacts. As a large proportion of our customers are located outside Sweden, we use both Swedish and English on a daily basis.
The designer should have at least 5 years of experience in pipe or system design, where dimensioning and functional issues have been a significant part of the work. This could be in industrial cooling, water treatment, wastewater treatment, biogas, ships, oil and gas, or nuclear power.
The person should be able to manage themselves to deliver on time, be thorough and curious, and preferably have a practical understanding of manufacturing and installation.

Description:
Mechanical Engineering encompasses a variety of engineering assignments such as planning, designing, and modifying machinery, equipment, and products. It also co-ordinates activities internally and with other groups to effectively accomplish objectives requiring knowledge of associated functions and related engineering fields. Use computers and selected programs for such matters as preparing reports and conducting analyses.
Under general guidance of supervisor or more experienced engineer, perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices. Pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction or full fill legal or other agency requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 2-6 years of work experience within the relevant field and a bachelor or master’s degree, or
• Another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
