Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Description:
Apply strong IS security knowledge and expertise to any IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics. Is capable to work independently. On assignment and request identifies, proposes, advises and implements existing IS security technology in the context of IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and if senior – guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing security technology and business requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 5-8 years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management and a bachelor or master’s degree
• Another IT degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language

Vi söker en engagerad IT/OT‑specialist som vill spela en nyckelroll i gränssnittet mellan informationssystem (IT) och produktionsteknik (OT). Du kommer att arbeta nära produktion, underhåll och centrala IT‑funktioner för att säkerställa stabil, säker och framtidssäkrad drift i våra industriella system.
Rollen är både operativ och utvecklingsinriktad, med fokus på tillgänglighet, cybersäkerhet och kontinuerlig förbättring.
Arbetsuppgifter:
• Drift, övervakning och vidareutveckling av OT‑miljöer (PLC, SCADA, HMI, industriella nätverk)
• Säkerställa säker integration mellan IT‑ och OT‑system
• Arbeta med IT/OT‑cybersäkerhet (segmentering, brandväggar, patchning, behörigheter)
• Delta i och leda tekniska utredningar, förbättrings‑ och investeringsprojekt
• Felsökning och incidenthantering i produktionskritiska system
• Samverkan med leverantörer, IT‑avdelning och verksamhet
• Dokumentation, standardisering och riskanalyser.
Kvalifikationer:
• Kunskap om virtuella miljöer och backup‑lösningar, vm-ware/lagring net App
• Erfarenhet av produktionssystem som MES eller historiksystem.
• Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT, automation, industriell teknik eller motsvarande erfarenhet
• Erfarenhet av arbete i industriell OT‑miljö
• God förståelse för nätverk, servrar och systemintegration
• Kunskap om industriella styrsystem (t.ex. Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi)
• Erfarenhet av IT‑säkerhet, gärna inom OT/industri
• Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.

Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

To the best of the Supplier’s knowledge, such checks have not revealed any circumstances that would affect the Consultant’s suitability to perform the assignment

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
