1. COMMITMENT
By sending KeyMan a quotation, application and\/or CV, you accept KeyMan’s quotation terms.
If you submit a quotation for one of KeyMan’s assignments, you simultaneously accept that the quotation is binding and that you only offer the relevant consultant via KeyMan for that specific assignment and not at the same time via any other party.
These terms apply from the first contact\/quotation to KeyMan AB until such time as KeyMan AB and the supplier agree on new terms.
The consultant’s and consulting company’s information will of course be treated confidentially and will never be sold or transferred to a third party without the consent of the consultant and the consulting company. CVs may be forwarded to KeyMan’s clients in connection with quotations or for proactive purposes.<\/p>

2. GDPR
When submitting a quotation to KeyMan, KeyMan’s terms are accepted and the contact person\/user and the consultant thereby consent to KeyMan storing and processing the information provided by the user. This information is stored for future contact in connection with new consultancy assignments and as a basis for any agreements and invoicing. The person is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in connection with the submission of the quotation and CVs is correct.<\/p>

3. VALUE ADDED TAX
Will be added to all prices. The value added tax refers to the tax rate in force at any given time for services under Swedish law.<\/p>

4. PERFORMANCE
The assignment shall be performed with due care and in a professional manner. The consultant represents KeyMan and shall act professionally and safeguard the company’s business interests with the end client\/principal\/partner.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
The consultant\/supplier may not, without the approval of KeyMan and the end client, disclose to any third party documents or otherwise reproduce information that is protected under the Swedish Trade Secrets Act or information relating to the client’s customers beyond what is required for the performance of the assignment\/quotation.
The supplier undertakes not to use documentation, documents or information that the supplier has received from KeyMan or on KeyMan’s behalf, nor to make this available to any third party.<\/p>

6. CUSTOMER CONTACT
All contact with the customer takes place via KeyMan.
The supplier undertakes not to make direct contact on their own with KeyMan’s partners\/end clients or KeyMan’s direct clients.<\/p>

7. MARKETING
All marketing\/publication of the assignment must be approved by KeyMan.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

8. COMPENSATION
The supplier’s compensation includes costs for pension contributions, employer contributions, holiday pay and any other taxes and fees. Beyond this, KeyMan AB has no further obligation to provide compensation.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

9. F-TAX CERTIFICATE
The supplier guarantees that it is ”approved for F-tax”.<\/p>

10. INSURANCE COVERAGE
