We are now looking for a SE_HR Operations Senior Professional <\/strong>(experinced Payroll Specialist)<\/em><\/strong> to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s.<\/p>\n

Description:<\/strong>
HR Operations includes work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including: HR employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control\/process of retirement, etc.). Personnel records maintenance (job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.). Statistical reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.). Rewards program implementation and administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.). May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors.<\/p>\n

A Senior Professional (P3)<\/strong> applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects \/ processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.<\/p>\n

We are seeking an **experienced Payroll Specialist** with strong knowledge of the full payroll process and hands\u2011on experience with pension administration.
The consultant will play an important role in our team, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient handling of payroll, agreements, and pension\u2011related tasks.
Hybrid work is possible in dialogue with manager, max 2 days from home.
Language both Swedish and English is to prefer.<\/p>\n
