Accountable for obtaining goods\/services required by the organization including: Indirect Operations (e.g., Office Supplies, Computers, Travel, Maintenance, Machine Parts, etc.). Direct Operations (e.g., Raw Materials and Services for Manufacturing, Production or Construction; Products for Retail, etc.) Procurement processes include: Product\/Service Sourcing. Supplier Selection. Pricing\/Terms Negotiation. Order Processing. Contract Administration. Supplier Performance Management. May include Strategic Sourcing<\/p>\n

A Senior Professional (P3)<\/strong> applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects \/ processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.<\/p>\n

We need a person to coordinate material f\u00f6r our control scope in a project portfolio to one major customer. The role is in the interface between engineering and Supply Chain and contains creating material requirements, monitor delivery progress, align with engineers for material needs and coordinate with installation sites about material and shipments. In general, it requires a quick grasp of the situation, ability to connect with many functions and parties, structure, ability to obtain information and use our systems and good communication skills.
The ability to cover many tasks without limiting to certain tasks is needed.
