Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Description:
Support the implementation, maintenance and compliance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Council approved activities. Executes assigned activities based on the standard procedures. Designs and implements plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets. Supports regional and global sourcing initiatives as required. When working for GBS centers, support specific assigned tasks related to sourcing, like e-sourcing activities.
Additional Hiring Information for Supplier:
SCM Specialist with the ability to perform regular purchasing activities with external and internal suppliers. Fluency in English is required.
We are looking for a person that can fulfil the following requirements (must have):
– Experience in Supplier’s qualification procedures, both externally and internally (Hitachi and non-Hitachi suppliers)
– Operational purchasing. It is beneficial if the person has worked before with ERP LN or minimum SAP systems
– Negotiation skills, fluency in both Swedish and English
It would be ‘nice to have’:
– Experience in Service business specially in any electrical business field
– International commerce background/education. Engineering would also be beneficial.
– Any other language skills
We have adopted the 49/51 set up for remote working (Up to 49% able to work from home, minimum 51% to work at the office).
Interviews will be virtual or in person.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% will be deducted. For longer assignments, the tenure discount will also be deducted from the hourly fee.
Rules for tenure discount (see also enclosed “Terms for consulting assignments at Hitachi Energy Sweden AB via KeyMan, Rev. A 2023-02-27”):
6 months assignment: -1%
9 months assignment: -2%
12 months assignment: -4%
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
