Description:
Leads teams with a focus on operational planning and process development. Typically accountable for budget and policy recommendations and medium term planning. Typically managing through first line managers mainly in function area. Focus balances leadership and subject matter expertise.
Additional Hiring Information for Supplier:
HR Business Partners perform a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including: HR consulting and coaching (e.g., working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.). Enabling business change (e.g., supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc.). HR program advocacy (e.g., communicating the business value of HR initiatives, managing HR program roll out to minimize business disruption, etc.). Partnering with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.) A Specialist Professional is a recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
- Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% will be deducted. For longer assignments, the tenure discount will also be deducted from the hourly fee.
Rules for tenure discount (see also enclosed “Terms for consulting assignments at Hitachi Energy Sweden AB via KeyMan, Rev. A 2023-02-27”):
6 months assignment: -1%
9 months assignment: -2%
12 months assignment: -4%
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
The assignment is 100% Onsite.
