Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Description:
Execute accurate service processes related to Payroll, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), or Human Resources (HR) administration for an assigned group of employees. Ensure appropriate support for internal customers, and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders. Ensures execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
Additional Hiring Information for Supplier:
- Need of senior Payroll specialist with very high experience from SAP (preferably from ABB or Hitachi) that will be able to work without supervision and extensive training.
- Proficiency in Swedish and knowledge of swedish payroll and laws mandatory.
- Good to have: knowledge from working with Global View and Workday.
Interviews – via Teams.
Remote work – yes, up to 100% – office presence on special occasions.
Extension – possible.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
The assignment is possible virtual/remote WITHIN SWEDEN – up to 100% – office presence on special occasions.
