Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Description:
Develop, plan and implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy focused on optimizing costs, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers and supplied products for an assigned category or group of categories. Ensure execution in accordance with Company, SCM and Supply Base Management instructions and procedures. Leveraging the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) process, implements effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy ensuring that the supply base/suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements. Ensures all relevant parties understand strategies and execute processes accordingly.

Ensure execution in accordance with Company, PL and Supply Base Management instructions and procedures.
We are looking for an engaging and driven person to join the SCM Valve team in HVDC as a Category Manager. This is a role with many interfaces and interesting work tasks, and you will get great opportunities for learning and development. Our team culture is flexible, transparent, and cooperative.
Your background:
• You have an academic degree in a relevant field: Engineering, Business & Administration, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.
• Work Experience in procurement/supply chain for at least 2-3 years.
• Genuinely interested in technical components and systems.
• For this role it requires that you are unpretentious for the job requires that you need to do everything from strategies work to material follow-up to working with your material in our ERP system.
• You are a team player with strong communicative and collaborative skills who likes to interact with other people.
English is a requirement and Swedish is a plus.
Remote work is possible in dialogue with manager.

6 months assignment: -1%
9 months assignment: -2%
12 months assignment: -4%
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Remote work WITHIN SWEDEN is possible, in dialogue with manager.
