Overordnet oppdragsbeskrivelse
Description:
Environmental and Employee Health & Safety work encompasses activities related to the environment (including the broader community impacted by environmental hazards) and employees including: Developing and implementing policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace and external environments. Investigating accidents and environmental incidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence. Providing advice and training on safety protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to environmental and employee heath and safety. Maintaining relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the environmental performance of the organization.
A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
- Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
HSE Specialist for CAP & SA
Work together with HSE in place.
Some tasks:
- Train managers in Health and Safety.
- Implement Behavior Based Safety.
- Increase awareness in HSE-topics.
- Work with Ludvika HSE as well as Global HSE.
- Implement new ways of working together with operations manager (for example from Global initiatives, Ludvika initiatives).
- Have training/education of HSE or work experience within relevant field minimum 3 years.
- Swedish and English is mandatory.
- Needs to be in Ludvika 3-4 days/week.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
