Overordnet oppdragsbeskrivelse

We are now looking for a Data migration lead / HR Core  with competence level 3 to NCC.

Assignment description:
This person will lead the work closely together with the data management sub-project and do the actual migration of the HR master data from 3 current systems into one common system. There is a lot of mapping work done and under work, connecting the data in the old systems with the data in the new system. What now is needed is to do the actual extracts from the current systems, then transform this data into the format needed for implementing it into the new system. Cooperation with other roles, such as Data Steward, Data Area Owner, Lead for Way of Working, Test Manager etc will be crucial, as well as with the 4 different countries Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark.

The person needs experience from migration of data, preferably HR-data or other complex data areas, since there is a high complexity in the migration coupled with high quality requriements on the result. Current data is not harmonized and will also need to be cleaned (will be jointly done with the business).

* In order for this to work we need a relatively senior person who can build trust within HR and the sub-project managers.
* Having the experience and knowledge to create (design and develop) a solution for migrating this data is key.
* Technical experience in creating data migration tool
* Experience from HR solutions and HR data is preferable
* In an independent proactive manner get things done through self-leadership.
* Experience from information models”

Note! There is very likely need for prolonging the contract period until March 2025.
