Overordnet oppdragsbeskrivelse
As the Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high-impact transformation project focused on role-based access provisioning. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of key outcomes including:
- Role & Access Clarity: Oversee the mapping of job roles to IT systems, defining precise access needs for each role to enable smarter provisioning.
- RAR Matrix Development: Lead the creation of a Role-Access-Resource matrix that becomes the gold standard for access consistency and governance.
- Process Optimization: Drive improvements to the user access ordering process—making it faster, more intuitive, and aligned with business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with People Services, IT, and Security teams to align on data ownership and implementation strategy.
Remote work (2-3 days at the office)
Skallkrav
Proven experience managing cross-functional IT or governance Projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles.
AD experience from technical projects.
Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
A proactive mindset and a knack for simplifying complexity.
