Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Assignment description:
The main scope of the project, HR Core Data, is to deliver a common HR core master data solution for all Nordic regions. The scope also covers the challenges to maintain and adjust the organization structure for managerial relations. Moving from different local soltuions today, to one common solution also means closing of existing solutions in the 4 countries in scope, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. (Pay-roll and time reporting are not in the scope.)
The Data migration Lead is a sub-project manager role and the person will report to the PM for the HR Core Data project. This person will lead the work with defining (data management) and migrating the HR master data from 3 current systems into one common system. Cooperation with other roles, such as Data Steward, Data Area Owner, Lead for Way of Working, Test Manager etc will be crucial, as well as with the 4 different countries Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark.
Needed competence:
The person needs experience from migration of HR-data since there is a high complexity in the migration coupled with high quality requriements on the result. Current data is not harmonized and will also need to be cleaned (will be done by the business).
For this the person needs to be able to clearly and trustworthy explain what needs to be done and estimated work load for the data clean work.
In order for this to work we need a relatively senior person who can build trust within HR.
In that it is highly beneficial with experience from HR and/or Payroll solution implementation or work.
Competence in leading workshops is needed, and there will be much cooperation with Business Change Manager in leading the business through this work.
So such expereince would be nice to have, and it does require a good portion of interpersonal skills. It is a sub-project manager role, so that experience is required.
The end date for the data migration sub-project is estimated to 2025-03-30. We contract the consultant 6 months at a time.
