We are now looking for a SE_IS Project Management-B to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Piteå.

Support local implementation of new ERP system (SAP S/4 Hana). Hitachi Energy are currently implementing a new ERP system (SAP S/4 Hana) throughout the business and all countries. This work has been ongoing since 2021 and Sweden is in the 5th implementation Wave planned to go live July 2024 (Each wave consists of bundled Countries). The composite factory in Pteå/Öjebyn has a local team of SME´s currently working with data validation and other preparation activities. The national project is now entering a new more intense phase. To strengthen the local team and ensure a timely implementation we need a project manager that can lead the local team and coordinate all activities to ensure alignment with the national project, requested activities and translate this into local project activities. The project manager works in tight collaboration with the national project team and ensures all requests on higher level are transferred and executed at local level. The project manager reports to local steering committee and proposes resource allocation where needed. High local presence (on site) is required since majority of SME´s are located at factory.

  • Strong project management skills are required.
  • Experience in leading ERP system implementation projects is required.
  • Experience in working with SAP ERP system desired.
  • Ability to translate and communicate complex tasks into easily understood action plans is a key to success since the majority of SME´s are not system experts.
  • On site based initially upon managers decretion.
  • Interviews via Teams.

Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.

The assignment is Onsite.
