M\u00e4tperioden f\u00f6r \u00e5rets rapport har ut\u00f6kats och skett Q1 2022 f\u00f6r att ge en tydlig bild av r\u00e5dande l\u00e4ge mellan leverant\u00f6rer och kunder under det utmanande och speciella pandemi\u00e5ret och \u00f6ver 800 svenska verksamheter har varit med och svarat i vad som \u00e4r Sveriges st\u00f6rsta kvantitativa unders\u00f6kning hos IT-beslutsfattare runt levererad kundn\u00f6jdhet och kundv\u00e4rde.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8211; Resultatet i Radar Leverant\u00f6rskvalitet 2022 visar tydligt p\u00e5 vikten av tydlighet i kompetens och leverans vilket reflekteras i kundernas v\u00e4rdering av partnerskap och v\u00e4rde i sin relation med leverant\u00f6r. Leverant\u00f6rer som uppvisar h\u00f6g kompetens och tydlighet i sitt erbjudande har premierats n\u00e4r kunderna tvingats ha fokus p\u00e5 kostnader och l\u00f6nsamhet\u201d, s\u00e4ger Hans Werner, vd Radar.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Analysen visar en forts\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 den trend som var tydlig redan f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret d\u00e4r gapet mellan de 5 procent med l\u00e4gst kundn\u00f6jdhet och de 5 procent med h\u00f6gst kundn\u00f6jdhet fortsatt att \u00f6ka. Riskerna med att v\u00e4lja fel leverant\u00f6r forts\u00e4tter s\u00e5ledes att \u00f6ka p\u00e5 den svenska marknaden. De f\u00f6retagen som ligger i kategorin \u201dledande\u201d \u00e4r de som av kunderna skiljer sig avsev\u00e4rt fr\u00e5n genomsnittet vad g\u00e4ller att skapa kundv\u00e4rde och h\u00f6g kundn\u00f6jdhet.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>-Vi \u00e4r mycket stolta och glada \u00f6ver resultatet i den h\u00e4r unders\u00f6kningen. Efter pandemin kan vi se en minskning av den andelen till 40 %. I \u00e5r \u00e4r k\u00f6parnas syn att leverant\u00f6rerna har en b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r verksamheten och ett mer proaktivt f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt. Kunderna \u00e4r generellt sett mer n\u00f6jda med sina leverant\u00f6rer \u00e4n tidigare f\u00f6rutom i segmentet infrastruktur och drift d\u00e4r trenden g\u00e5r \u00e5t andra h\u00e5llet.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Rapporten Leverant\u00f6rskvalitet ing\u00e5r i Radars l\u00f6pande rapportutgivning. Den presenterar utveckling och analys avseende kundn\u00f6jdhet inom fyra definierade segment av IT-tj\u00e4nstemarknaden, utifr\u00e5n \u00e5tta fr\u00e5geomr\u00e5den.
