We are now looking for a consultant within events marketing, to our customer.<\/p>\n

Overview:
As Events Marketing Specialist, you will plan and deliver a programme of sponsored and hosted events across the Nordics, supported by integrated pre- and post-event campaigns. You will partner with internal teams and external agencies and vendors to ensure each event reflects our brand and strategic priorities, and delivers measurable awareness, engagement and lead generation.
This is a 12-month contract starting August 2026, based in Stockholm with a hybrid working model. You will report to the Senior Marketing Specialist and join the European Markets Services Marketing team, working at the heart of the financial markets.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:
\u2022 Plan, coordinate and deliver the Customer’s-sponsored and hosted events across the Nordics (webinars, seminars, conferences, trade shows and client events).
\u2022 Build and run integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social, web and digital advertising to drive registrations and attendance.
\u2022 Own event project plans, budgets, timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution on time and within budget.
\u2022 Track, analyse and report event KPIs and ROI using analytics and CRM tools, translating results into clear insights and recommendations.
\u2022 Partner with Sales, Product, Content Development and Communications to shape event positioning, messaging and content for defined target audiences.
\u2022 Manage relationships with external partners (organisers, sponsors, speakers, venues and media) to maximise event quality, reach and value.
\u2022 Ensure all event activity complies with the Customer’s brand guidelines, policies and approval processes.
\u2022 Continuously identify opportunities to improve event processes, tools and campaign performance, and proactively take on new challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Skallkrav<\/h5>\n

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business related field or project management \u2013 or equivalent.
\nAt least 3 years of experience in events marketing, preferably in the financial services or technology industry for a large matrix organisation.
\nProven track record of planning, executing, and marketing successful events that meet or exceed KPIs.
\nExcellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
\nStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
\nCreative, innovative, and strategic thinker, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
\nProficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and event management platforms \u2013 experience with Salesforce, Monday.com and Bizzabo preferred.
\nFluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
\nCV in English is needed<\/p>\n
