We are now looking for a SE_Project Management Engineering, Construction & Commissioning – Senior PME to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s.<\/p>\n

Description:
<\/strong>Ensures that engineering is developed with complete information – all multidisciplinary information has been included in the engineering development. Evaluates, selects, and adapts standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks for conventional projects with moderately complex features.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Acts as a design authority for engineering deliverables in all applicable engineering disciplines. May act as design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completes engineering assignments for that discipline.
\u2022 Collaborates on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues or providing solutions to correct engineering errors. Provides technical support to commissioning and start-up activities. \u2022 Creates project engineering proposals through coordination of proposal documents and engineering estimates. Perform engineering risk analysis before submitting proposals.
\u2022 Leads, supervises and coordinates teams in all disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on projects of medium complexity. Leads single or multi-discipline engineering teams with 15-50 resources.<\/p>\n

Minimum requirements of education and experience:<\/strong>
\u2022 Minimum six (6) years\u2019 experience managing projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree or similar in engineering with domain experience in HITACHI ENERGY business, or
\u2022 Another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.
\u2022 Communicate fluent in English language<\/p>\n

<\/strong>We are looking for a Project Management Engineer to join our substations PME team in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s, Sweden.
As Project Management Engineer (lead engineer) you play an important role in our substation projects. This means leading the engineering work in our customer projects, normally electric power substations installations in the range from 10-400kV<\/p>\n

Your Responsibilities:
<\/strong>\u2022 Lead and drive the project engineering team to deliver results in accordance with contractual agreements, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets and schedule commitments.
\u2022 Manage the engineering related coordination with customer, sub-supplier and internal\/external partners.
\u2022 Plan and manage engineering resources by following the governance procedure of Hitachi Energy.
\u2022 Manage the communications with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
\u2022 Identify the risk & opportunity, make contributions to the continuous improvement works.<\/p>\n

Your background:
<\/strong>\u2022 A bachelor\u2019s degree or above in the area of electrical or mechanical engineering.
\u2022 At least 10 years professional experience in substation 10-400kV engineering or projects.
\u2022 Experience from GIS (Gas insulated substation) projects.
\u2022 Experience from substation tenders is an advantage.
\u2022 Experience from site works is an advantage.
\u2022 You are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.
\u2022 Need to be able to work from office in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s and at site in Stockholm area, Sweden.
\u2022 Swedish citizen (due to security checked projects).<\/p>\n
