About the assignment<\/strong>
This assignment is split somewhat 50\/25\/25 between three tasks. Extended leave during the Christmas holiday and summer periods will be limited due to project requirements. Assignment start- and end dates may be adjusted depending on the final project scope.<\/p>\n

Postnord Group AB operates on the principle of flexible workplaces but with a physical presence of 3 days a week, agreed upon together with the client.<\/p>\n

About the Role and Tasks<\/strong>
Project Manager and Coordinator for the Modern Communication project. <\/p>\n

Task 1 – A project lead role tasked with the planning and rollout of Microsoft Teams on production phones for blue collar workers utilizing SSO. Regrouping stakeholders and refocusing the scope and terms of the Teams application + Sharepoint Intranet. This also includes the rollout and management thereof. The project itself while focusing on teams will also contain a multitude of connected issues related to; Entra ID Dynamic Groups & Logic, SSO, Phone platforms, SOTI, Sharepoint, Business, Finance, Intranet & Possible developments. As well as other ad hoc tasks related to these topics.<\/p>\n

Task 2 – Planning, coordinating, and driving an end-to-end execution of File Services Storage Optimization & Cleanup -initiative. The objective of the project is to reduce storage consumption, improve data governance, and lower operational costs by identifying inactive data, engaging relevant stakeholders, and establishing a structured archive and retention process.<\/p>\n

Task 3 – Leading an end-to-end analysis of the current SOTI Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platform (incl. \u2018Service web\u2019, related dependencies, and associated supplier services to a new technology solution and service provider. The role must ensure assessment, planning of execution, migration, and deployment. The task is also to specify an operational handover while maintaining business continuity, financial control, and stakeholder alignment throughout a future project lifecycle.<\/p>\n

Expected deliveries
<\/strong>Task 1 – The cohesive plan for rollout of Teams for production including stakeholder scopes. The rollout of the application itself. Hypercare, user feedback collecting & usage data reviews. Management and organization of the stakeholder requirements. Documentation for all technical, logic & business decision making. Potential changes, integrations and additions between Sharepoint\/Teams and third party applications. Increased usage of digital signage. Ad hoc M365 tasks. <\/div>\n

Task 2 – Deliver a structured storage optimization and cleanup program that reduces storage consumption and operational costs while improving data governance. The task must establish a clear ownership, archive and retention processes, and a sustainable framework for managing file storage.<\/p>\n

Task 3 – Deliver a comprehensive assessment and transformation roadmap for replacing the existing SOTI EMM platform, Service Web, and associated supplier services. The must include a recommended future-state solution, migration and deployment strategy, operational handover plan, budget and business case, and a clear implementation roadmap.<\/p>\n
