The role adds senior project management capacity so existing leaders can focus on program work and help achieve the 40 percent reduction target.<\/div>\n

The profile combines stakeholder leadership, change management, and delivery accountability.<\/div>\n
The candidate should coach project managers, build relationships, communicate clearly, act with integrity, remain flexible and transparent, and lead teams through rapid change.<\/div>\n
