Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Description:
Create, modify and analyze the design of equipment, systems or installations, including specifications for manufacturing, fabrication or construction on assignments of medium to high complexity using established solutions.
Acts as lead designer: Ensures creation of customized designs with high priority on identification and control of hazards.
Contributes to design reviews and verification following established QA/QC process, provides feedback on design aspects and makes necessary modifications.
Optimizes designs to meet updated standards, incorporating new products, components and functionalities.
Creates or reviews engineering drawings, specifications and plans required by manufacturing, fabrication or construction.
Additional Hiring Information for Supplier:
Experienced within Mechanical Design within Power Quality Solution/ FACTS, Substations or HVDC; Using Revit and/ or Solid Works.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% will be deducted. For longer assignments, the tenure discount will also be deducted from the hourly fee.
Rules for tenure discount (see also enclosed “Terms for consulting assignments at Hitachi Energy Sweden AB via KeyMan, Rev. A 2023-02-27”):
6 months assignment: -1%
9 months assignment: -2%
12 months assignment: -4%
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
