Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Manager is in need for 2 consultants.
Description:
Conduct testing and verification activities for assignments of low/medium testing complexity of systems, subsystems or products effectively and cost-efficiently, and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. Executes testing according to schedule. Prepares project test documentation. Provides technical support during installation of test objects in the test area.

We are now looking for 2 Software Quality Specialist who will work with quality assurance in our agile software development process.
You will work all the way from requirement to general available product, including writing of testcases, in-sprint testing and regression testing.
Your responsibilities:
- Write test cases for new development to assure function meet with requirements.
- Verify correction of bugs.
- Execute test cases in sprints and in regression testing.
- Be active in setting up test strategies and test plans.
- Be part of improving the quality assurance processes to ensure a good product.
- Support and assist others in your team when needed.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand functionality and customer issues to be able to reproduce and report to developers.

Manager is looking for someone in between level 2 and 3.
ENGINEER (qualification level 2)
Under general guidance of supervisor or more experienced engineer, perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices. Pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction or full fill legal or other agency requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 2-6 years of work experience within the relevant field and a bachelor or master’s degree, or
• Another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.
SENIOR ENGINEER (qualification level 3)
Independently perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices, towards set goals. Plan, conduct or coordinate a range of complex engineering activities encompassing one or more engineering disciplines. Conduct or coordinate complex analyses, advanced technical studies and develop recommendations based on sound engineering practices and business considerations as well as potentially legal and other agency requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• Minimum six (6) years of work experience within the relevant field and a bachelor or master’s degree, or
• Another technical degree with 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.
Interview – F2F at D-floor, Ingenjör Bååths gata 19, 722 12 Västerås.
Remote work – Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory in office. 50% from home, but should be prepared to travel to the office everyday upon request.
Extension after period – The end date is not fixed, it could be much longer in the end.
English speaking – Mandatory.
Swedish speaking – Would be a plus, but not required.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
