Description:
Accountable for obtaining goods/services required by the organization including: Indirect Operations (e.g., Office Supplies, Computers, Travel, Maintenance, Machine Parts, etc.). Direct Operations (e.g., Raw Materials and Services for Manufacturing, Production or Construction; Products for Retail, etc.) Procurement processes include: Product/Service Sourcing. Supplier Selection. Pricing/Terms Negotiation. Order Processing. Contract Administration. Supplier Performance Management. May include Strategic Sourcing.
A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
Additional Hiring Information for Supplier
This assignment will be the link between R&D project and the local supply chain department and category managers in European HUB. This role requires an active approach and willing to find solutions both from R&D engineers and Suppliers to be able to deliver a product with right quality, functions and on time. There is a potential to get handover from and collaboration with SCM R&D person with a lot of experience in this field, in order to get quick up to speed. Around 15 R&D projects will be supported in this role, with huge variety in manufacturing processes such as; hot forging, casting, machining, extruding and materials are among others: aluminum, steel, glass-fiber, copper, brass, stainless steel, polymers. Understand from a drawing what manufacturing process to be used will be beneficial.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
