We are looking for a resource for the role of administrative sales support/researcher who will work in one or more customer teams.
We are looking for someone who has worked 1–2 years as a consultant broker or in another type of consultant intermediary role, primarily within IT and Management but also with technical consultants and other competence categories. You know the basics and are at the beginning of your career, with a strong drive to learn more, develop quickly and be where things happen. Your guiding principles are first class service and quality. At KeyMan, you have the opportunity to grow, take on responsibility early and build on your experience in fast paced teams full of energy.
Since we also work with clients in the public sector, experience with LOU is a big plus.
In short, you enjoy being involved in the entire business process such as helping purchasers create requests, obtaining quotes, reading CVs, screening, consultant interviews, presenting candidates, writing contracts and other fun tasks.
You find it easy to connect with others and build trusting relationships – whether with colleagues, clients or consultants. You are a team player who gladly helps out where needed and contributes to a positive atmosphere.
You stay on top of things, work carefully with structure and order. You are confident, attentive and someone people can truly rely on. You are flexible and can easily reprioritize your workday when needed. You enjoy working together with others, are humble and always put the team before yourself.
