Solutions architect – Environmental Solutions team (10569) to NCC

Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

• Deliver solution architecture – i.e. design documentation covering several viewpoints like process, application, information and infrastructure.
•  Act as a key member of project teams and provide leadership in solution design and ensure the expected quality and cross functional alignment.
• Construct solution designs based on the principle of ”minimal viable product” whenever possible. This to secure an iterative end-to-end delivery to the business.
• Follow the architecture principles, guidelines and frameworks defined by NCCs IT strategy and architecture team – e.g. Integration, Security, Master data.
• Participate in architecture forums to provide input to the ongoing development and continuous work developing the solution architecture practice.

Skallkrav

Strong inter-personal skills and you find it easy to interact with people on different organizational levels. You communicate effectively and can explain complex architecture matters with business interests.
Team player with good co-operation skills. You possess self-leadership and can work round obstacles to achieve results.
Several years of experience of IT work within solution design and development, preferably in large/complex organizations. You understand architectural problems and define efficient solutions.
Experience from using design tools in modelling processes, information, application and infrastructure, preferrable Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Strong ability to analyze and map information flows and system interactions.
Deep understanding of data science principles and practical experience in information modeling, including ArchiMate modeling in Sparx Enterprise Architect (required).
Capability to take on a technical leadership role in projects and create clarity, structure, and alignment in complex or uncertain situations
Fluent in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Börkrav

Previous experience in the Environment area is a strong advantage.
Prior work experience within the construction industry.
Solution architecture in implementation-projects, all the way from design to implemented solution.
Experience working in complex IT environments with integrations and multi-system landscapes.
Understanding of IT governance, architectural principles, and methods.
Documented experience in information security work, including information classification and protection needs assessments according to ISO 27000, and close collaboration with information security specialists.
Previous background in software development (significant advantage).
Experience in workshop facilitation and decision support.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and modern integration platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
