Workstream lead – Source to Pay (S2P) Workstream

Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

• Responsible for the successful delivery of the workstream.
• Drive, measure, and monitor progress to ensure that the workstream activities and deliverables are delivered on time. Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, issues and risks and dependencies towards other Atlas streams and releases.
• Contribute to the development of efficient and sustainable business processes supported by SAP S/4HANA and related systems.
• Monitor and mitigate Risks and Issues, escalate unresolved risks and issues to Program Management.
• Ensure stakeholder collaboration (reference groups), meeting forums and expectation management.
• Coordinate with other Workstreams for solution alignment and deliveries on specific topics (e.g. deploy, change management, etc.).
• Manage and coordinate resources, including finding efficient ways of working and distribution of responsibilities.
• Ensure that activities of the workstream and teams are delivered the most efficient way.
• Ensure that stakeholders of the Workstream, both internal and external, are properly engaged and committed.
• Ensure that deliverables meet the need to realize benefits.
• Provide and ensure context and expertise and ensure best possible solution, process and system, for our customer together with implementation partner(s).
  • Not only including SAP, but also relevant integrated legacy systems and processes.
• Drive and ensure resolution/closure of identified solution FITs and GAPs (process, data and system) together with SI-partner, business and IT team.
• Be an ambassador for the new solution.
• Report to Global Process Owner for S2P and Atlas program management.

Skallkrav

English (primary) and Swedish (secondary)
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong experience in SAP Sourcing and Ariba implementations, preferably SAP S/4 HANA. Both criteria must be fulfilled; it is the combination we are looking for.
Proven experience in project management; with focus on S2P challenges, processes and organization. Preferably in manufacturing sectors but not required
Experience with both custom-built and ERP-systems, and a strong understanding of their challenges in driving harmonization in business.

Leverantören intygar vidare att samtliga uppgifter i respektive konsults curriculum vitae (CV) samt övriga handlingar som tillhandahållits Beställaren, såvitt Leverantören känner till vid tidpunkten för anbudets eller avropets ingivande, är korrekta, fullständiga och sanningsenliga.
