Description:
General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including: Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization). Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget. May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects). On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager with solid expertise in energy, media, electrical systems, and HVAC. The candidate will play a key role in planning, leading, and executing strategic and operational projects that help develop and future-proof our technical infrastructures.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion in the energy, media, electrical, and water and wastewater sectors.
- Develop project plans, cost estimates, risk analyses, and reports.
- Coordinate and lead project teams and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Procure and monitor contractors and suppliers in accordance with applicable guidelines.
- Ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, occupational safety regulations, and internal guidelines.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial monitoring.
- Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of work processes and methods.
- Support the business in strategic technical matters and long-term planning.
- Organized and solution-oriented.

Fluent in both English and Swedish is a requirement.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
