We are now looking for a SE_Manufacturing Production Process Engineering Experienced Professional  to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika.

Description:
Manufacturing Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including: Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions. Conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems. Providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations

An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

How you will make a difference:

  • Provide day-to-day support to production to maintain our production capacity.
  • Play an active role in day-to-day development work through local improvement initiatives and production-related technical investigations.
  • Help to develop and implement standardised and efficient working methods in the factories.
  • Carry out production analysis, time studies and balancing to create stable and even flows on production lines.
  • Opportunity to participate in, or lead, smaller projects.
  • Initiate and implement your own improvement proposals that strengthen production work and create long-term value.
  • Work closely with R&D, Design, Quality and Production to implement robust technical solutions.
Your background:
  • Ideally, a degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent technical background.
  • Preferably at least 1–2 years’ practical experience in a production environment.
  • Experience as a maintenance or service technician is also relevant.
Desirable:
  • Experience of assembly, understanding of production, levelled flows, assembly processes and industrial work.
  • Experience of cross-functional working.
  • Experience of lean working, process development or production optimisation is an advantage.
  • Experience of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP systems (SAP) is considered a plus.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.

If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.

The assignment is Onsite.
