We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interim Manager to join our Purchase to Pay team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, the ability to quickly assess situations, and the drive to initiate and implement improvements while managing daily operations.
 
This role requires a peoples’ person with integrity who can inspire and lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
 
Location: Solna, Sweden – PostNord operates based on the principle of a flexible workplace, with physical presence 3 days per week, as agreed upon with the PostNord manager.
Team: 2 team members based in Solna (Sweden) and 8 team members based in Copenhagen (Denmark)
Travel: Some travel between locations is expected
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Quickly assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Initiate and drive improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and productivity.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Lead and organize the unit’s staff, including recruitment, scheduling, performance appraisals, salary setting, and work environment.
  • Act as a trusted Business Partner, providing insights and support for informed decision-making.

  • Experience working in a larger Nordic or international company or environment is a plus.

University Degree within Finance
Fluency in English as well as in Swedish or Danish (as you will be working with co-workers from both countries)
