Description:

Directs/oversees all Corporate and SEC reporting requirements in connection with the company’s debt and/or equity. Recommends and executes interest rate management and hedging strategy. Provides support and analysis to Capital Markets/Financing leadership.
A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Looking for a Real Estate Facility Manager that will be responsible for the management of both rent-ed and self-owned premises and have daily contact with the businesses that operate in the premises. Worker will have budget responsibility and are responsible for ensuring that maintenance plans are developed and implemented. Worker will be involved as a requirement setter in construction projects and coordinate property-related issues. Need to collaborate with the business units and support functions and take overall responsibility for understanding current and future needs.
Responsibilities:
- Budget responsibility and follow-up for the various sites.
- Be the primary contact between Hitachi and property owners and their subcontractors.
- Carry out orders of assignments in collaboration with both internal and external coleagues.
- Planning and follow-up of both preventive and corrective maintenance as well as various construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable directives, regulatory requirements and laws.
- Financial follow-up and evaluation of agreements entered into.
Qualifications:
- Relevant education and experience in property management in commercial premises and industries.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Negotiation experience and good knowledge in leading meetings and projects as well a being responsible for maintenance budget.
- Experience in project management and reporting.
- Knowledge of rental and construction law.
- Experience in developing maintenance plans.
- Is Structured and Meticulous in Working Methods and Documentation.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing projects.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
- Location Ludvika, Driver’s license required.
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
