Description:
Apply strong IS application technology knowledge and expertise to any application IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics. IS capable to work independently. On assignment identifies, proposes, advises and implements existing IS application technology and IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and depending on seniority – guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing IS application technology and business requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 3-5 years of work experience within the relevant field and a bachelor or master’s degree,
• Another IT degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.

Senior Teamcenter Solutions Architect
As a Senior Teamcenter Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and development of Teamcenter solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive solution architecture, and ensure best practices are applied throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and define the future-state system architecture.
- Map PLM business needs to the Teamcenter framework and capabilities.
- Identify and troubleshoot product limitations and technical challenges.
- Lead development efforts and coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Apply industry best practices for PLM and Teamcenter implementations.
Required Background
Strong expertise in Teamcenter UA modules such as:
- Engineering Data Management
- Manufacturing Process Planner (Easy Plan)
- BOM Management
- Change Management
- Supplier Collaboration
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions.
- Experience in designing Teamcenter solutions for both client and server sides.
- Integration experience with third-party systems such as SAP S/4HANA, NX, and ECAD tools.
- Familiarity with Active Workspace and its core functionalities.
- Solid problem-solving skills for application troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience in real-world customer environments implementing Teamcenter solutions.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
Preferred Expertise
- Deep understanding of Multi-BOM Management in Teamcenter and Active Workspace (latest versions).
- Experience transitioning from Rich Client (RAC) to Active Workspace (AWC).
- Knowledge of Multi-BOM management in the CETO domain.
- Familiarity with complex solutions such as power stations, industrial plants, and shipbuilding.
- Understanding of ecosystem models involving:
- External design partners.
- Multi-supplier production.
- Distributed manufacturing across multiple locations.
Technical Skills (Nice to Have)
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Teamcenter server-side customization (ITK & SOA).
- Experience with Declarative UI configuration and customization in Active Workspace.
- Solid understanding of web technologies:
- XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, JSON.
- Teamcenter ITK & SOA.
- Web methods and service-oriented architecture.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
