Description:
Accountable for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of IS program/IS project portfolio to agreed targets, in time, in budget and at quality of functionality, in coordination with internal PG or 3rd party project execution resources. Responsible for interaction with functional/business unit leadership to develop the PMO related project portfolio that aligns with the overall PG program/project portfolio and business objectives and priorities. Is also responsible for supporting and implementing a robust and flexible IS program/ IS project execution methodology for use throughout the organization. Leads the PMO team and monitors the IS program/IS project portfolio delivery according to agreed targets, identifies potential risks and proposes mitigation actions. Escalation point for issues needing resolution.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 5-8 years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management and a bachelor or master’s degree
• Another IT degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Define and execute the digital transformation strategy for the PGHV Breakers Unit, aligned with business and global objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on automation, digital innovation, and smart manufacturing.
- Drive the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, including Industrial IoT, AI, and cybersecure automation platforms.
- Lead the digitalization of logistics and supply chain flows, introducing smart logistics, real-time tracking, and predictive analytics to enhance efficiency and visibility.
- Champion the integration of BI analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
- Ensure the team’s efforts support both production and operations, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital value creation and operational excellence.
- Engineering or IT degree is required, with strong technical understanding.
- Proven leadership experience in digital transformation, industrial automation, or smart manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Experience in digitalization, smart manufacturing, and automation.
- Technical understanding of IoT, robotics, WMS, and cybersecurity.
- Meritorious experience in working with AI/ML.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Remote possibility up to 40%. on site minimum 60%
Possibility for permanent position for the right candidate.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
