Description:
Project Management is responsible for Project execution incl. fulfilment of scope, quality, financial and time constraints. We have two project management models to apply:
• Projects where a gate model is uses as guidance or as governance support.
• Projects within the SAFe setup at UM. In this case the project is called an EPIC and the project owner is called Epic owner.
Senior PM / Senior Epic Owner: Lead the execution of medium size to large and moderately complex projects / Epics and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with HITACHI ENERGY policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
Senior Project Manager with the support of project team / SAFe tems is responsible for successful execution /delivery of assigned project(s) on-time, within budget with on- quality & safety framework of HITACHI ENERGY.
– HITACHI ENERGY Certified Senior Project Manager or PMP® Certified Senior Project Manager or IPMA Level B/C certification.
– Certified SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Product owner/ Product Manager
– Ability to work with projects of different size, complexity and contractual types.
– Ability to assess, propose and implement solutions for rapid recovery of troubled or challenged projects (need based).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience;
• Minimum six (6) years’ experience managing projects, within relevant field, ideally managing complex projects.
• Relevant field for MACH EPIC owners is Electronics product development including Hardware, software, FPGA and mechanics development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with domain experience in HITACHI ENERGY business, or
• Another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish , written and spoken, is a requirement.

At least 5 years of exp of agile methodologies.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
The assignment is Onsite.
