Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Description:
A PLM Project manager (PLM PM) manages the overall planning and coordination of targeted business change working closely together with capability responsible and development team members. PLM PM has a strong skillset to coordinate e.g. agile application development and business implementation activities according to the business demand.
Product Lifecycle Management changes focus on and include high-level strategy, integration, and technical blueprints, mapping business process needs (from Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM), working with IT, and defining detailed requirements, workflows, and ensuring PLM solutions like Teamcenter effectively support product development processes from the idea to retirement. Essentially PM works with the Capability responsible, Business Analysts, Architects and Developers to get the solution designs and required solutions developed, and implemented, including integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP, CAD).
Manage mid-size PLM business implementation projects within larger PLM transformation program. Drive project planning, execution, and business implementation of different PLM capabilities across functions. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and capability solution development teams, driving adoption and man-aging risks, issues & dependencies for successful project delivery.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 6-10 years of professional experience, with 4+ years in project management and PLM business implementation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, information technology, business management or related field.
• Understand the business models, can manage project planning with business lead representatives and have ability to resolve challenges.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience on agile-based implementation projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Solid exposure to one or more PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras, etc.).
• Working command of the English language. Swedish language proficiency is a plus.

This person will run Execution projects within Cooling systems.
Project Manager shall assist Project managers with following up part deliveries, such as water piping deliveries, that are a part pf the Colling systems.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
The assignment is Onsite.
