• Oversee the delivery of various programs and projects.
• Develop schedules and a framework to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and per specification.
• Lead the business planning and budgeting process for assigned projects.
• Identify and determine the mix of internal/external resources to ensure projects/programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Assess project/program risks and build mitigation plans.
• Understand, comply, and execute all assigned projects, tasks, and activities in full alignment with Oatly policies, standards, and relevant SOPs.
• Manage suppliers and external consultants, including financial control of time and spending, approving deliverables, and validating payments.
• Apply agile project management methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Business-oriented and tech-savvy, with a background in project management.
• Ability to drive digital transformation and foster a high-performance culture.

• Develop strong relationships with senior business managers to understand their priorities and create an optimal environment for project development and delivery.
• Report on project/program progress to Steering Groups, VP, BT and other key stakeholders.
• Advise BT leadership on improvement areas in project management that could lead to maximizing value delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate the vision and strategy clearly to various stakeholders.
• Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships.

Skallkrav

7+ years of experience in project management and delivery
Extensive experience in developing and implementing project schedules and frameworks
Experience in leading business planning and budgeting processes
Experience in managing suppliers and external consultants
Experience in assessing project risks and building mitigation plans
Experience in complex system integration projects, including ERP, BI, Integration, and IT/OT
B.S. in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
