We are now looking for a SE_Secretary/Administrative Assistant Entry Para-Professional to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika.
 
NOTE: The person needs to be in Ludvika area.

Description:
General Secretarial Support work is focused on supporting individuals, small teams or departments (vs. the entire office) including: Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production. Data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving. Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements. Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources May supervise processes and teams across the following areas: General Secretarial/Office Support. General Secretarial Support. Legal Function Secretarial/Administrative Support. Executive Secretarial Support

An Entry Para-Professional (S1) is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures. Work is closely supervised. Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.

Additional Hiring Information for Supplier
In this role as Management- and Line assistant you are responsible for Management support with main tasks to provide facilitate daily operations for managers and co-workers.
Short term assignment during maternity leave.

Your responsibilities
• Be a partner and have close collaboration with the line managers and their teams in the operational work to create conditions for efficiency and quality.
• Onboarding of new employees and consultants within the HVDC organization
• Communicate and collaborate with other line management assistants.
• Coordinate conferences and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
• Summer work coordination and administration
• Management team support of reports, presentations, and personnel administration
• Work locally and globally with strategic initiatives to create even better employee- and customer experience.

Your background
• Experience and interest in administration and service is an advantage in this position.
• Coordination and structured skills to handle different tasks at the same time.
• You have a proactive mindset to foresee both challenges and opportunities.
• Good communication skills and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• You enjoy working independently and in collaboration with others.
• As you will be a part of a global business, fluency in English and Swedish is required, written and spoken alike.
 

  • Interview – via Teams (2 stages).
  • Remote work – 2 days from home. 
 
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.

Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN is possible – 2 days from home..
