Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Our client are currently in need of a dedicated professional to join their team and assist with the day-to-day operations of their client.
- Deployment: You will be responsible for the seamless installation and configuration of essential systems and applications.
- System Health: Ensure the continuous stability and optimal performance of the systems under your purview.
- Maintenance & Upgrades: Proactively manage system maintenance, upgrades, and improvements to enhance system functionality.
- Issue Resolution: Address and rectify errors and anomalies, including incident handling, troubleshooting, and identifying root causes.
- Service Level Adherence: Deliver services according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all operations, configurations, and solutions implemented.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Mainframe groups within the organization to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Client Engagement: Actively participate in customer meetings, fostering strong client relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
- Project Involvement: Contribute to ongoing projects that align with our client’s goals and technology advancements.
Skallkrav
Mainframe Expertise: A strong background and expertise in mainframe systems, including experience with installation, configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant technical skills and tools necessary for system deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
SLA Adherence: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to the client.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address system issues, including the capability to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in customer meetings, and contribute to projects effectively.
