Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Our customer is on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP S/4 HANA – greenfield implementation).
Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data capabilities.
Early 2024, our customers program started the Design of the first release covering the areas of Finance, Tax, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and Maintenance and this has been implemented in a pilot site over two go-lives in November 2025 and May 2026. Now we are preparing for the next roll-out of the solution during 2027. Key focus is to ensure harmonized
processes over the 9 mills (6 in Europe and 3 in North America) and work closely with stakeholders within the company.
Our customers program is using AI on a more basic level already but is with this role seeking a hands on AI agent specialist who combines strong Microsoft Copilot and Azure capability with the facilitation skills needed to work with program leaders. The person will turn delivery needs into well-defined agent opportunities, create program-oriented agents, and establish reusable ways of working that the program can continue after the engagement.
We see an iterative approach, where requirements/needs are managed through ongoing improvements and use/learnings of the agents in short discovery-to-prototype cycles.
Together we explore use-cases, but we expect the candidate to come with own agents and ideas on what we would need.
Main location is Solna Office. Our customer has operations spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel will be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with program leaders, workstream leads and subject-matter experts to identify pain points, repetitive work, decision-support needs and knowledge-access opportunities.
• Facilitate structured discovery sessions and convert ideas into concise agent charters covering users, desired outcome, process context, data sources, boundaries, risks, owner and success measures.
• Create agents, selecting the simplest solution that meets the use case.
• Iterate the agent with stakeholders to advance the use of them in the teams
• Document data dependencies, permissions, limitations, human oversight, support ownership, monitoring and change controls for each agent
Skallkrav
Professional experience within SAP and SAP implementation projects
Professional experience building agents using Copilot and Azure
Understands responsible AI, information protection, access control, privacy, security, auditability, human oversight and operational ownership
Professional experience within development, integrations and data
Requirements mgmt.
Workshop and requirement mgmt. in an iterative setup
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
English (primary) and Swedish (secondary) language skills
Börkrav
Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA and AI tools are advantageous

Leverantören intygar vidare att samtliga uppgifter i respektive konsults curriculum vitae (CV) samt övriga handlingar som tillhandahållits Beställaren, såvitt Leverantören känner till vid tidpunkten för anbudets eller avropets ingivande, är korrekta, fullständiga och sanningsenliga.
