Requirements analyst – Finance project to NCC (10422) -Offert sänd till kund

We are now looking for a  Requirements analyst – Finance project with competence level 3 to NCC.

As a Requirements Analyst, you will play a role in coordinating all requirements for the streams within NCCs Finance project. Your responsibilities extend to collaborating with business representatives, analyzing and documenting the necessary level of detail for business requirements. Additionally, you’ll work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Application Suppliers, and Test Managers associated with the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination of requirements across project streams and related development initiatives.
Business Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Business Representatives to understand and document their expectations.
Solution Alignment: Work in tandem with Solution Architects to align requirements with the overall project vision.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Developers, Application Suppliers, and Test Managers to ensure smooth execution.

You need to be driven and committed to secure delivery of value to NCC.
Have excellent communication skills and like to build sustainable relationships with others.
Need to like challenges and have good planning capability on both short- and long term.

We therefore expect you to:
…have a minimum 5 years of experience within requirements management, preferably with processes related to Finance within the construction industry
…have the ability to create requirements specifications, adapting these to both the business and end-user needs
…have strong skills in facilitation of workshops (both virtual and IRL)
…have experience of Azure DevOps as tool for managing requirements
…be able to work independently and thrive with a great deal of responsibility and self-management
…have a business understanding and experience of financial contexts
…have experience within change management and transformation processes
…have a solid understanding of IT and digitalization
…be highly skilled in analysis and problem-solving
…be fluent in one of the Nordic languages and have strong knowledge of English, both oral and written
