Description:
Develop and implement programs for internal and external communications within the assigned area of responsibility, in line with global business strategy, Corporate Communications strategy, corporate identity and brand positioning. Develops and implements communications programs and messages including marketing communications, publicity, editorial support, web content, and direct marketing to educate and inform key stakeholders including customers, management, employees, trade media and interest groups.

Background
Hitachi Energy Ludvika has expansion plans and will therefore apply for an extended environmental permit. We are looking for a communications consultant who has experience of the Swedish environmental permit process. Consultant can work from both Ludvika or Västerås. Stockholm works as well as long as the consultant is open to travel to the office when needed.
Work description
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant communication about the environmental permit.
• Prepare, organize and together with Hitachi Energy conduct the mandatory consultation with external stakeholders.
• Develop a communication plan
• Review materials related to the consultation
• Produce newspaper advertisements for the consultation
• Manage stakeholder dialogues with all target groups together with designated spokespersons.
• Keeping information on the website up to date
Education and experience
• Previous experience in working with communication in an environmental permit process
• Experience in managing media
Skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Language
Fluently writing and speaking Swedish is a must.
Other info
Remote: Work can be done partly remotely, but site visits to Ludvika will be needed.
Fulltime/Parttime: Full time for at least 6 months.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Work can be done partly remotely WITHIN SWEDEN, but site visits to Ludvika will be needed.
