We are now looking for a SE_Electrical Engineering – Engineer (Level 2) to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Landskrona.

Description:
Electrical/Electronic Engineering encompasses the planning, design, development, testing, installation, and co-ordination of related activities involving electrical/electronic components and systems, including automation. It also co-ordinates activities internally and with other groups to effectively accomplish objectives requiring knowledge of associated functions and related engineering fields. Use computers and selected programs for such matters as preparing reports and conducting analyses.

Under general guidance of supervisor or more experienced engineer, perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices. Pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction or full fill legal or other agency requirements.

Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 2-6 years of work experience within the relevant field and a bachelor or master’s degree, or
• Another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.

1. Role Description
Titel: Automation Engineer.

Hybrid: Not allowed (Some flexibility depending on workload up to 1d).

The automation engineer is the subject expert on different parts of the control system and works as both a content creator and a subject expert that gives input to the senior automation engineer and works as the executor of the senior’s automation engineers function designs.
The automation engineers’ main duties are to program, configure and optimize the different automated system parts of the cooling system control in a project delivery, product development or a manufacturing process in the factory.

2. Background
• Level 2 = Minimum 2-6 years of work experience within the relevant field and a YH/KY, bachelor’s or mas-ter’s degree, or another technical degree with more than 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• PLC/DCS/RTU programing and HMI design for process controls, machines, or the manufacturing industry.
• Industrial networks and field bus.
• Relevant industry backgrounds – Machine manufacturers, Process plants, Treatment plants and water plants.
• Used to working in project with customer specific solutions.
• Familiar with and can use all IEC 61131-3 languages.
• Merit:
o Fully redundant control solutions (S2, R1 or R2).
o IT networks,
o Cybersecurity
o SQL, Visual Basic (Excel), Python
o IEC61439.
o Machine directive 2006/42/EC.
o CE.

NOT NEEDED: Software engineers/Designers, “PCB” programmers.

3. Responsibility
• Content creator for quality documentation, test protocols, functional descriptions, UDMLs etc.
• PLC/DCS programing and operation panel design (Not SCADA only service HMI).
o ABB AC500, Siemens 1500H/400H, Beckhoff, B&R Automation.
• Industrial fieldbus network (IEC61850, ModBus RTU / ModBus TCP IP, Profibus, ProfiNet, CanOpen, MPR, PRP etc)
• Participation of internal testing, optimization, bench testing.
• Participation on the FAT
• Participation on the SAT (traveling is required).
• Customer support (Logic errors and bugs at site or in production).

• Fault tracing and aftermarket.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.

If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.

The assignment is Onsite – Hybrid: Not allowed (Some flexibility depending on workload up to 1day per week).
