Description:
Manufacturing Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including: Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions. Conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems. Providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Om rollen:
Som Projektledare för detta investeringsprojekt ansvarar du för att planera, koordinera och genomföra ett omfattande projekt inom vår produktionsverksamhet. Projektet omfattar förändringar av produktionsflöden och layout. Genom investeringar av ny utrustning, optimering av materialflöden förväntas du öka kapacitet och effektivitet i fabriken.
Du kommer att samarbeta nära produktion, teknik, underhåll, HSE, inköp och externa leverantörer för att säkerställa att projektet levereras enligt tidplan, budget och kvalitetskrav.
Ansvarsområden:
• Leda och driva layoutförändringsprojekt från planering till färdig implementering.
• Ansvara för investeringar kopplade till ny produktionsutrustning och infrastruktur.
• Säkerställa att projektmål uppnås avseende tid, kostnad, kvalitet och säkerhet.
• Koordinera interna och externa resurser genom projektets olika faser.
• Identifiera och hantera risker samt säkerställa kontinuerlig uppföljning av projektets framdrift.
• Stötta verksamheten i förändringsarbetet och övergången till nya arbetssätt och produktionsflöden.
• Rapportera status, kostnader och resultat till styrgrupp och ledning.
Vi söker dig som:
• Har flera års erfarenhet av projektledning inom industri, tillverkning eller teknisk verksamhet.
• Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av investeringsprojekt, produktionsutveckling eller större layoutförändringar.
• Är en stark ledare som trivs med att driva komplexa projekt genom tvärfunktionella team.
• Har god förmåga att kommunicera och skapa engagemang hos olika intressenter.
• Arbetar strukturerat, lösningsorienterat och med ett tydligt resultatfokus.
• Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
• Önskvärt att du är en aktiv hands on- projektledare som deltar i projektets dagliga aktiviteter.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
