Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Description:
Generate constrained engineering and production plan, material plan and Work In Progress (WIP) inventory rationalization in order to improve service levels and optimize working capital. Assembles and analyses all data pertinent to creating a constrained engineering (for Engineered-To-Order businesses) and production plan, uses rough-cut and detail capacity planning and links it to the demand plan.Obtains sign-off from Engineering and Production Managers and inputs it to the Integrated Business Planning process.

We are looking for an experienced and senior planner with minimum 5 years of working experience for;
- Production planning of work elements in our workshop such as welding, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, testing and packaging.
- Maintaining good communication with production managers and project managers with regard to re-planning and possible delays of projects in production.
- Monitoring the time spent in production and correcting plans for different work steps. He/she has previous experi-ence and knowledge of; ERP and planning programs.
- Preferable some experience from work preparation.
- We work in ERP-LN today but we will shift to SAP during the summer, therefore consultant needs sufficient experience with planning in SAP.
- Production planning in the engineering industry.
- Consultant will lead and plan meetings as well as being responsible for internal communication with production management, project managers and marketing department.
- The consultant will be a part of developing and improve the internal methods. It is therefore important that the person is driven and takes own initiatives.
- Areas such as assembly, workshop work and production methods.
- The consultant is social and easy to express him/her self in speech and writing.
- He/she is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Enjoy working with colleagues and in his/her own and other departments such as marketing and production.
- Mainly on-site work, some remote work might be possible in dialogue with manager.
- Manager wants to permanent hire consultant after 9 months if everything works well.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Mainly on-site work, some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN might be possible in dialogue with manager.
