Description:
Production engineering includes development and application of various processes and utilization of specialized equipment to efficiently accomplish such objectives as fabrication, production, modification, or repair of products. It also includes areas of improvement of processes and lay out. Use computers and selected programs for such matters as preparing reports and conducting analyses.
Independently perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices, towards set goals. Plan, conduct or coordinate a range of complex engineering activities encompassing one or more engineering disciplines. Conduct or coordinate complex analyses, advanced technical studies and develop recommendations based on sound engineering practices and business considerations as well as potentially legal and other agency requirements.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• Minimum six (6) years of work experience within the relevant field and a bachelor or master’s degree, or
• Another technical degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.

Senior Project Leader – Logistic development
Description
This project leader will work in a project at our capacitor production. The project has been ongoing for a while and the aim is to make some investments to increase production, harmonize some testing with our other capacitors inside Hitachi Energy. One project leader is already working in the project with the focus on machines and purchase. The investment is including installation of new machines, new working stations and new logistic to support this. The project is now going not the next phase where a logistic focus will be needed which will include to make some flow analysis and an overall check of our warehouse areas.
The competence we are looking for in this position is engineering with logistic focus. You should have been working in similar projects or have other relevant experience from logistic development.
As a person you should be open minded and use your analytic skills to fulfill the project aims.
Checkpoints
• Take responsibility for the logistic questions in the project. For example, internal transportation, handling of consumables, handling of finished products.
• Make flow analysis between warehouse and production.
• Be part of risk assessment inside the project.
The work will include close contact with the other project leader, managers for production and logistic, understanding the operator’s situation and involve all stakeholders into the work.
The project also includes different meetings in the project.
Partly remote. Needs to be on site 4 days/week and if project needs it due to specific tasks.
Swedish mandatory.

Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Partly remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred – Needs to be on site 4 days/week and if project needs it due to specific tasks.
