Description:
Project Management is responsible for Project execution incl. fulfilment of scope, quality, financial and time constraints. We have two project management models to apply:
• Projects where a gate model is uses as guidance or as governance support.
• Projects within the SAFe setup at UM. In this case the project is called an EPIC and the project owner is called Epic owner.
PM / Epic Owner: Lead the execution of medium-sized projects / Epics and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with HITACHI ENERGY policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones with the support of project team/SAFe teams. Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
Project Manager / Epic owner with the support of project team / SAFe tems is responsible for successful execution / delivery of assigned project(s) on-time, within budget with on- quality & safety framework of HITACHI ENERGY.
– HITACHI ENERGY Certified Project Manager or PMP® Certification from Project Management Institute or IPMA Level C/D certification.
– Certified SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Product owner/ Product Manager
– Ability to work with projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing projects, within relevant field, of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
• Relevant field for MACH EPIC owners is Electronics product development including Hardware, software, FPGA and mechanics development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar in engineering with domain experience in HITACHI ENERGY business, or
• Another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Communicate fluent in English language.

We are looking for a Project Manager for production investments and development projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and following up all work related to your projects. In this role you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the organization.
In this role you will be involved in the implementation of our environmental production. You will be the project manager for the production implementation of a new ecofriendly product.
Your responsibilities
You will lead and manage both major capital investment projects and smaller improvement projects from start to finish, where communication and collaboration with many functions within the organisation is paramount. Drive, structure and plan activities and collaboration with the production engineering team on material flows, manufacturing processes, new product introductions, layouts, etc.
Your background
- Your personal qualities are highly valued – you are a motivated, results-oriented team player with a structured approach and good communication skills.
- Experience in project management, manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement is an asset.
- We expect you to have an engineering degree in a technical field or alternatively project management experience in other industries.
- You will have a strong interest in working with business development, leadership and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, both verbal and written.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Up to two days of remote work WITHIN SWEDEN is calculated possible/ week. You must be in the office minimum 3 days/week!
