Additional Hiring Information for Supplier
Location: Remote work possible, possibility to be in office Västerås as well.
Candidate needs to be fluent both written and verbal in English and Swedish.
- Need support with system clean-up for workforce manager Go-live.
- Need specialist competence within both SAP, Global View (GV) and eTime.
- To have the EE to see the same values in both eTime and on payslip.
- Reduce the manual work with the error logs every month – eTime to GV IT2001 and IT0416.
- To make efficiency in Final Pay and Contract change processes, to not spend time on quota differences.
- To have the correct values when go live with WFM.
- To avoid costs when quotas are higher than they should be.
- Migration values from legacy SAP.
- Wrong Masterdata already in legacy SAP.
- Timebank hours have not been paid out in legacy SAP that needs to be done now. .
- Inconsistency between eTime and GV. Deduction in eTime but not schedule in GV and no quota deduction will happen.
- eTime calculates in minutes and GV in hundreds making a small difference all the time.
- eTime allowing EEs to take more timebank time off then according to schedule – GV is deducting according to schedule.
Description:
HR Operations includes work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including: HR employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.). Personnel records maintenance (job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.). Statistical reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.). Rewards program implementation and administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.). May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors.
A Specialist Professional (P4) is a recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN is possible – possibility to be in office Västerås as well.
